load_pft_crosswalk ¶

load_pft_crosswalk(path=None)

Load the explicit, versioned lookup; never infer a species from a genus.

tag_pfts(table, crosswalk)

Add tags while retaining verbatim species and all observation identities.

run_pft_spectral_analysis(comparisons, output, *, crosswalk=None, config=None, individual_overlays=True)

Write additive PFT products; the original species products stay immutable.
